UltraVPN（法国免费VPN软件）
UltraVPN代理是法国的代理工具，需要下载VPN软件（点击下载），一路Next即可完成安装。同时，需要注册一个帐号（注册网址）用来链接VPN服务器。
2010年1月更新：UltraVPN在国内已失效。

安装软件后，UltraVPN会自动运行。软件默认在开机时自动运行，您可以使用360安全卫士等软件关闭开机自动运行。由于UltraVPN没有在桌面建立快捷方式，所以你可以在安装目录中找到程序（默认安装在C:\Program Files\UltraVPN\bin\openvpn-gui.exe），在桌面建立快捷方式。程序运行后，在任务栏右侧的通知区域会有一个小图标。
右击任务栏UltraVPN图标，选择"Connect"，在弹出的新窗口中填入您申请的用户名和密码，点击"OK"，便会自动连接VPN服务器。（连接时，请让防火墙允许UltraVPN通过）
大约等待20秒左右，便会连接上服务器，这时任务栏中的小图标会变为绿色。如果遇见无法连接的情况，请多试几次。
如果操作前您就开着QQ，这时会发现QQ要求重新验证登陆。看，您在法国啦！

Woo...I am very proud of introducing UltraVPN.
I think UltraVPN is one of the best VPN service for Chinese. It's free and without ads,and also have a nice speed of connection. It is deserving of the highest praise!

您好，我用这个根本就不好用，之前用过hotspot shield但是太慢，现在这个根本不行，登上后，还是无法访问，重新登qq现实的还是国内的地址，根本没换

不知道为什么，总是有很多人连接上UltraVPN，却无法实现VPN功能。今天早上又试了一次，完全没有问题，我还去YOUTUBE FRANCE看了一段橄榄球的视频~
对于路由器的问题，我没有路由器测试，所以没有办法回答你哦，你可以不用路由器试一试呢。如果是连接上UltraVPN后，无法访问任何网页，那么重新登陆几次便可以解决此问题。
对于fish的问题，我在家使用Dr.com客户端上网，一直是这样的情况，UltraVPN连接上后，依然是原来的IP访问Internet。经测试，使用Dr.com上网，需要手动更改DNS信息。连接上VPN，用ipconfig /all命令查看VPN的DNS信息，然后断掉VPN，把DNS手动填入到网卡属性后重新连接VPN，似乎解决了此问题。但是可惜的是，使用一分钟后，Dr.com会自动掉线，这样又要重新连接，相当麻烦。目前没有解决办法。
我是校园网，而且是vist，请问一下我老师连不上是什么原因啊？

There are no TAP-Win32 adapters on this system. You should be able to create a TAP-Win32 adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter.
后来经过尝试，在安装目录/bin下，有个addtap.bat。用它来装上所需的虚拟网卡，然后就能登录了。希望对各位有所帮助。
很奇怪，我上周刚装好ultravpn的那天是可以访问https的，当时我还登陆blogger来着，但是昨天我再次使用时，发现已经不能了，google的my account全部不能进入了。不知道这是暂时现象呢，还是永久状况。我去ULTRAVPN的论坛看了下也发现有人提到这个事。但是没有人给出回应，那个地方非常冷清。
我在用alonweb，也是个不错的vpn，不过貌似现在用的人越来越多了，前几天能连上就是用不了。
不能用(症状包括icon绿色但ip不变等等)的xdjm看看这个：
I am running OpenVPN on Windows and the TAP-Win32 adapter is not coming up, causing the message "Initialization sequence completed with errors". What's wrong?
In Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services, make sure that the DHCP Client Service is started.
If the above fix doesn't work, then it's possible that the TAP-Win32 adapter is being firewalled. In general, it's safe to disable the firewall on the TAP-Win32 adapter because OpenVPN makes sure that only an authenticated machine on the other end of the connection can communicate through it. Having said that, there have been reports that certain third party firewalls will block the TAP-Win32 adapter after an XP SP2 upgrade.
You can also try changing the ip-win32 setting to a non-DHCP method. For example:
